To "refund" a charge, it wants you to install a remote-control app and read out its code. With that code the caller sees and controls your phone, banking app included.

apple-billing-helpdesk.com has Apple in its name, but Apple doesn't own it.

It asks which purchase and why, and Apple answers by email.

It wants you to install AirDroid and read a 9-digit code to an "agent".

RememberNo refund ever needs someone to control your phone or computer. If anyone asks for a connection code, hang up.
