IMPORTANT: Notice of procedure against you, Ref MOJ/2026/44871
MMinistry of Justice <notices@moj-procedures.co.uk>to me10:42 AM

Dear Sir or Madam, the attached letter is sent to you on the instruction of the Director, Mrs Eleanor Whitcombe. An official procedure has been opened in your name.

For more information, write to her office at eleanor.whitcombe.moj@hotmail.com.

This notice requires a mandatory and detailed reply within 72 hours.

Always check the reply address.

An "official procedure" against you, and the only way to answer is a free Hotmail account. Courts and ministries never run cases from Hotmail: whoever replies there gets asked for a "fine" or their ID.

1Where it livesCheck firstIs it the real company's or person's own address or number?

noreply@justice.gov.uk is the courts' own address, and it points you to gov.uk.

notices@moj-procedures.co.uk isn't the government, and it sends you to eleanor.whitcombe.moj@hotmail.com.

2What it asks you to doDoes it want a password, a payment, a call, or a tap?

Sign in to your own claim at gov.uk.

Write to a Hotmail address about a "procedure" you know nothing about.

3How hard it pushesIs there a deadline, a threat, or a surprise charge?

No deadline in the email.

"Mandatory and detailed reply within 72 hours".

RememberA court or ministry that wants you to reply to a Gmail or Hotmail address is a fake. Look up the real office yourself.

Would you have spotted it?
