Gmail checks who really sent a message, which you can't see. When it puts "This message seems dangerous" on top, believe it, even when the rest looks just like the real thing.
dse_na2@docusign.net is DocuSign's own address, and Gmail shows no warning.
dse@docusign-mail.net isn't DocuSign, and Gmail itself says the message seems dangerous.
