Good reminder: write your 12 words on paper and never type them into any website. The app will never ask for them.

If your coins are not showing after the update, just sync your wallet on walletsync-node.live. Fixed my balance in 2 minutes, no fees 👍

Always check the website.

A "helpful" commenter sends you to a website to "sync" or "back up" your wallet. That site asks for your 12 secret words, and whoever has them empties the wallet.

1Where it livesIs it the real company's or person's own address or number?

A viewer repeating the video's advice.

A stranger pointing to walletsync-node.live.

2What it asks you to doCheck firstDoes it want a password, a payment, a call, or a tap?

Keep your 12 words on paper, never on a site.

Go to a website and "sync" your wallet.

3How hard it pushesIs there a deadline, a threat, or a surprise charge?

No rush.

"Fixed mine in 2 minutes, no fees".

RememberNo real fix ever needs your wallet's secret words on a website. Never "sync" or "back up" a wallet from a comment's link.
