The page really is on dropbox.com, but anyone can make one. It has no file to show, only a button to a "secure viewer" on another website, where the fake sign-in waits.

It wants you to leave for a "secure viewer" to see an "encrypted" file.

No hurdles.

A payment notice you weren't expecting, locked until you click.

RememberA real shared file opens where it is. If its button sends you to another website, close it.
