McAfee's name on an email from a free Gmail account, with a big charge and a number to call. McAfee bills from mcafee.com and never asks you to phone in to cancel.
noreply@mcafee.com is McAfee's own address.
billing.dept7731@gmail.com is a free Gmail account, not McAfee.

It wants you to call a phone number to “cancel” the charge.
